به گزارش روز یكشنبه خبرنگار فرهنگی ایرنا، مراسم نهمین جشن 'شب بازیگر' انجمن بازیگران خانه تئاتر شب گذشته(شنبه) با حضور هنرمندان حوزه نمایش كشور در سالن اصلی مجموعه تئاتر شهر برگزار شد.

این مراسم را نصرت زمان پور از بازیگران باسابقه تئاتر كه پیشتر به علت بیماری، بینایی خود را از دست داده است با روشن كردن شمعی، آغاز كرد.

'بهزاد فراهانی' عضو هیات مدیره انجمن بازیگران خانه تئاتر در معرفی زمان پور گفت: سال های آغازین دهه 40، زمانپور با بازی های درخشان خود در نمایش هایی مانند 'رستم و سهراب'، 'آی با كلاه، آی بی كلاه' و 'مردی كه مرده بود و خود نمی دانست!' رونق ویژه ای به بحث بازیگری تئاتر در ایران بخشید.

وی ادامه داد: نصرت زمانپور از جمله نخستین هنرمندان نمایش كشور است كه تحصیلات آكادمیك خود را در دانشكده هنرهای دراماتیك دانشگاه تهران پشت سر گذاشت و از جمله آخرین كارهای وی پیش از نابینایی، می توان به بازی در نمایش های بهروز غریب پور، بویژه حضور درخشان در نمایش 'بینوایان' اشاره كرد.

عضو هیات مدیره انجمن بازیگران خانه تئاتر با تاكید بر آنكه هنر واقعی آن است كه هنرمندان در چنین شرایط سخت و دشواری در كنار یكدیگر باشند، گفت: نمونه هایی چون استاد زمانپور در كشور وجود دارند و لازم است علاوه بر هنرمندان، نهادهای فعال در امر فرهنگ و هنر نیز برای كمك به این افراد كه سرمایه های گرانسنگی هستند وارد عمل شوند.

در بخشی از این بیانیه در كنار تاكید انجمن بازیگران بر حقوق هنرمندان تئاتر و لازمه جدی گرفته شدن این هنر و به رسمیت شناخته شدن آن در قوانین وزارت كار آمده است: جامعه بازیگران تئاتر حرفه ای، بر حذف ممیزی فراقانونی و شخصی از تئاتر، احترام به قرارداد تیپ به عنوان دستاورد مهم جامعه تئاتر، ایجاد شرایطی برای تامین امنیت شغلی و تقسیم عادلانه كار، تولید و دستمزد و شورایی شدن انتخاب مدیران تئاتر برای رسیدن به بالاترین درجه رشد و توسعه هنر نمایش در كشور تاكید كردند.

مجید بهرامی بازیگر جوان تئاتر كشور كه سال گذشته به خاطر ابتلا به بیماری سرطان خون حاد با حمایت مركز هنرهای نمایشی و هنرمندان تئاتر برای درمان به كشور آلمان اعزام شده بود، در این مراسم مورد تقدیر قرار گرفت.

بهرامی گفت: طی تمامی لحظات درمان، حمایت مدیران، مسوولان مركز هنرهای نمایشی و تمامی اعضای خانواده تئاتر را از نزدیك حس می كردم و از همین جا از تمامی افرادی كه در این راه یاریگرم بودند تشكر می كنم.

مهدی مظاهری شاعر جوان كشور نیز یكی از سروده های خود را در پاسداشت مجید بهرامی و بازیگران تئاتر كشور خواند و گفت: در زمانه ای قرار گرفتیم كه اغلب افراد، برای كارهایی كه موظف به انجام آن هستند خود را نیازمند به تشكر می دانند و این در حالیست كه حمایت از هنرمندانی ارزشمند مانند بهرامی در حقیقت حفظ جایگاه والای هنر تئاتر برای ارتقای فرهنگ عمومی كشور است.

طیبه سنایی پور بازیگر پیشكسوت تئاتر استان سمنان و محمدرضا زندی از بازیگران پیشكسوت تئاتر استان كرماشاه نیز با اهدای لوح، تجلیل شد.

آتش تقی پور، بازیگر صاحب نام تئاتر، سینما و تلویزیون كشور كه برای اهدای لوح تقدیر به این دو هنرمند فعال تئاتر شهرستانی به روی صحنه آمده بود گفت: با بی اعتنایی به استعدادها و عدم حمایت لازم از هنرمندان شهرستانی، رشد عمومی تئاتر در كشور را به مخاطره می اندازیم وانگیزه جوانان مستعد شهرستانی را كاهش می دهیم.

وی ادامه داد: درخواست من به عنوان عضوی از خانواده تئاتر این است كه تماشاگران تئاتر بعد از دیدن یك نمایش به مبلغان آن در بطن جامعه تبدیل شوند و با این كار علاوه بر حمایت از تئاتر به معرفی و اشاعه آن در بین عموم افراد جامعه كمك كنند.

این كارگردان پیشكسوت خاطرنشان كرد: تئاتر به حمایت همه جانبه فعالان و مسوولان نیازمند است و تبلیغ برای این هنر گامی مهم در راستای توسعه این هنر پویا در جامعه است و نباید فراموش كنیم كه هنرمندان نمایش در نخستین گام باید دلسوز این هنر باشند تا مسوولان و متولیان این هنر در گام های بعدی یاریگر آنها باشند.

وی ادامه داد: اگر بدنبال تئاتری موفق در سال های پیش رو هستیم باید این هنر را برای فرزندانمان به عنوان مخاطبان فردای این هنر معرفی كنیم و با اهمیت دادن به این موضوع می توانیم به اعتلای نمایش در آینده كشور امیدوارتر باشیم.

عضو هیات داوران مراسم جشن 'شب بازیگر' خاطرنشان كرد: عدم وجود امنیت شغلی، معوق مانده قراردادهای گروه های تئاتری، زمان كوتاه و محدود برای حاضر شدن نمایش ها جهت حضور در جشنواره ها و یا اجرای عمومی، حضور یك بازیگر در چند نمایش كه جملگی گواه بر عدم وجود امنیت شغلی در بین هنرمندان تئاتر در كشور است، از مهمترین دلایل این افت به شمار می روند.

وی ادامه داد: امیدواریم در آینده با همت مسوولان و توجه بیشتر به زحمت كشان این عرصه بار دیگر شاهد رشد و رونق تئاتر به ویژه در بخش هنر بازیگری در این شاخه فرهنگی باشیم.

در بخش معرفی برگزیدگان بازیگری، اصغر همت و پری صابری، به ترتیب هدایت هاشمی، بازیگر نمایش 'افسانه ببر' و گلاب آدینه، بازیگر نمایش 'خرده خانوم' را به عنوان نفرات سوم بازیگری مرد و زن معرفی كردند.

همت بعد از اهدای جایزه این بخش گفت: همواره معتقدم از بزرگان تئاتر باید به شكل دیگری تقدیر كرد و بخش های رقابتی باید مختص جوانان باشد. تاكید می كنم كه انتخاب گلاب آدینه و هدایت هاشمی به عنوان برگزیدگان سوم بازیگری در تئاتر كشور با سابقه و نقش این هنرمندان در رشد تئاتر كشور حركت مناسبی نیست.

سپس هادی مرزبان و مریم سعادت، به ترتیب علیرضا كی منش، بازیگر نمایش 'منوتلخك' و محبوبه بیات، بازیگر نمایش 'خانمچه و مهتابی' را به عنوان برگزیدگان رتبه دوم بازیگری معرفی كردند.

ژنرال ابوبکر، رئیس دادستانی مبارزه با فساد اداری در دادستانی کل افغانستان روز شنبه، ۱۶ ثور/اردیبهشت گفت که در میان آنها رئیسان و مدیران بخشهای نهادهای دولتی هم هستند .

او افزود: "ما امروز ساعت شش صبح تعدادی از ماموران بلندرتبه وزارت مالیه و اداره ارگان های محلی را به اتهام اختلاس ۲۵ میلیون افغانی بازداشت کرده ایم و به بازداشتگاه فرستاده ایم. پرونده آنها هم به زودی به محکمه فرستاده می شود."

وزارت مالیه اما تنها بازداشت سه کارمند این وزارت را تائید کرده است.

وحید توحیدی، سخنگوی این وزارت گفت که اتهام وارد شده علیه کارکنان این وزارت به "جعل" اسناد مرتبط است که از یک سال پیش پرونده آن به دادستانی فرستاده شده بود.

آقای توحیدی گفت: "حواله‌ای که یک بار اجرا شده بود و آنها می‌خواستند که براساس کپی (اسناد آن پول) آن را بیرون بکشند. کار آنها درین مورد تا حدی پیشرفت هم کرده بود، اما خوشبختانه در مراحل آخر آن ریاست خزائن متوجه این نقیصه شد."

مقام های دادستانی کل افغانستان گفته اند که پرونده متهمان تا دو هفته دیگر به دادگاه فرستاده خواهد شد.
