در برخی از این ایمیل‌ها، ادلن هیشور محل‌هایی در اروپا از جمله تعدادی از پایگاه های نظامی فرانسه نزدیک مرکز سرن را به عنوان هدف های مناسب برای حملات تروریستی پیشنهاد کرده بود.

پلیس فرانسه با استناد به این ایمیل ها، ادلن هیشور را به برنامه ریزی برای اجرای عملیات تروریستی در خاک فرانسه، مشابه حملات یازدهم سپتامبر سال ۲۰۰۱ در آمریکا، متهم کرد.

این فیزیکدان فرانسوی - الجزایری از زمان بازداشت تا زمان برگزاری محاکمه به مدت دو سال نیم در زندان بود.

به گزارش ایرنا، در حالی كه تاكنون نتایج حدود نیمی از كرسی های شوراهای محلی در انگلیس و ولز به طور رسمی اعلام شده است، دو حزب محافظه كار و لیبرال دموكرات شكست سنگینی را متحمل شده اند و حزب كارگر موفقیت خوبی را كسب كرده است.

همچنین برآوردهای اولیه از میزان حضور مردم در این انتخابات حدود 32 درصد واجدین شرایط می باشد كه یكی از كم رونق ترین انتخابات شوراهای محلی را در دهه های اخیر باعث شده است.

هنوز شمارش آرای انتخابات در منطقه اسكاتلند آغاز نشده است و كارشناسان احتمال می دهند كه حزب ملی گرای اسكاتلند در آن منطقه عملكرد خوبی را در مقایسه با احزاب سراسری داشته باشد.

انتخابات شوراهای محلی كه روز گذشته برگزار شد قرار است سرنوشت حدود پنج هزار كرسی شوراهای محلی این كشور را تعیین كند.

بر اساس نتایج اولیه حزب محافظه كار انگلیس تاكنون حدود 280 كرسی و حزب لیبرال دموكرات حدود 130 كرسی خود را در شوراهای محلی از دست داده اند. این دو حزب از سال 2010 تاكنون دولت ائتلافی انگلیس را در اختیار دارند.

نتایج انتخابات دیروز در واقع رد سیاست های دولت ائتلافی بویژه در زمینه ریاضت اقتصادی توسط مردم این كشور بود.

رهبران حزب محافظه كار و لیبرال دموكرات از نتایج انتخابات ابراز تاسف كرده و حزب كارگر با ابراز خرسندی از موفقیت خود اعلام كرده است كه رد سیاست های دولت ائتلافی توسط مردم نشان می دهد آنان مجددا با حزب كارگر ارتباط برقرار كرده و برنامه های آن را تایید نموده اند.

از نكات جالب توجه در انتخابات دیروز، كسب پنج كرسی شوراهای محلی در شهر برادفورد توسط حزب ضدجنگ 'ریسپكت' بود. حزبی كه جورج گالووی از رهبران سرشناس آن ماه گذشته در انتخابات میان دوره ای پارلمان از همین شهر به مجلس عوام راه یافت و همه احزاب بزرگ را غافلگیر نمود.

روز گذشته همچنین انتخابات برای برگزیدن شهردار سه شهر لندن، لیورپول و سالفورد نیز برگزار شد كه نتایج انتخابات شهرداری لندن قرار است تا امشب اعلام شود.

در شهر لیورپول كه برای نخستین بار شهردار كل شهر با رای مستقیم مردم انتخاب می شد، حزب كارگر با اكثریت قاطع پیروز شد.

به عقیده كارشناسان این انتخابات آزمونی مهم برای سنجش محبوبیت دولت ائتلافی این كشور پس از گذشت دو سال از شروع كارش بود و نتایج حاصله نشان می دهد كه مردم از دولت فعلی رضایت ندارند.

حزب كارگر به عنوان مهمترین حزب مخالف دولت امیدوار است بتواند حدود 700 كرسی شوراهای محلی را از دو حزب محافظه كار و لیبرال دموكرات و احزاب كوچكتر پس بگیرد.

حزب كارگر انگلیس در سال 2008 میلادی و زمانی كه دولت مركزی را در لندن در اختیار داشت، شكست سختی در انتخابات شوراهای محلی متحمل گردید كه همان شكست نیز مقدمه ای برای ناكامی این حزب در انتخابات پارلمانی سال 2010 میلادی شد.

این حزب در انتخابات بعدی كه در سال 2011 برای تعدادی از شوراهای محلی برگزار شد، عملكرد نسبتا خوبی داشت ولی نتوانست شكست سال 2008 خود را به طور كامل جبران كند.

تا پیش از انتخابات دیروز، حزب محافظه كار انگلیس حدود دو هزار و 600 كرسی، حزب كارگر حدود دو هزار و 400 كرسی و حزب لیبرال دموكرات حدود هزار و 160 كرسی شوراهای محلی را در اختیار داشتند.

بر این اساس، حزب محافظه كار 52 شورای محلی، حزب كارگر 37 شورای محلی و حزب لیبرال دموكرات هفت شورای محلی را بطور كامل تحت كنترل خود داشتند و در بقیه شوراها نیز كرسی ها میان احزاب مختلف از جمله این سه حزب اصلی تقسیم شده بود كه به نظر می رسد كه در پایان شمارش آراء این تركیب كاملا به هم بخورد.

دوره عضویت در شوراهای محلی انگلیس چهار ساله است و معمولا هر دو یا سه سال انتخابات شوراها برای انتخاب بخشی از اعضا برگزار می شود.

رای گیری دیروز برای انتخاب اعضای 128 شورای محلی در انگلیس، 32 شورای محلی اسكاتلند و 21 شورای محلی ولز برگزار شد.

در اسكاتلند و ولز دو حزب ملی گرای آن مناطق هم در كنار احزاب سراسری، شانس خوبی برای كسب كرسی ها دارند.

اما در شهر لندن 'بوریس جانسون' شهردار محافظه كار با 'كن لیوینگستون' شهردار سابق لندن از حزب كارگر، 'برایان پدیك' از حزب لیبرال دموكرات، سه نامزد از احزاب كوچكتر و یك نامزد مستقل رقابت كرد.

آخرین نظرسنجی ها در لندن از پیشتازی بوریس جانسون حكایت داشت و احتمالا وی پست خود را برای چهار سال دیگر حفظ خواهد كرد كه همین موفقیت می تواند مرهمی بر زخم های حزب محافظه كار باشد.

همچنین مردم 11 شهر بیرمنگهام، برادفورد، بریستول، كاونتری، لیدز، منچستر، نیوكاسل، ناتینگهام، شفیلد، ویكفیلد و دانكستر برای اولین بار در یك همه پرسی شركت كردند تا اعلام كنند آیا مایل هستند مانند لندن و لیورپول شهردار انتخابی داشته باشند یا نه؟

نتایج اولیه از این همه پرسی ها نشان می دهد كه مردم سه شهر منچستر، بیرمنگهام و ناتینگهام مخالفت خود را با این طرح كه از سوی دولت ائتلافی پیشنهاد شده بود، اعلام كرده اند.

با اینكه در انتخابات شوراهای محلی مسائل منطقه ای اهمیت زیادی برای رای دهندگان دارد ولی میزان رای احزاب بزرگ در این انتخابات می تواند نوعی همه پرسی برای عملكرد دولت ائتلافی این كشور نیز به شمار آید.

سیاست های ریاضت اقتصادی دولت ائتلافی و ادامه مشكلات اقتصادی كشور از جمله در زمینه بیكاری و تورم، دو حزب حاكم محافظه كار و لیبرال دموكرات را در شرایط دشواری قرار داده است.
