امان‌الله ایمان، سخنگوی وزارت معارف (آموزش و پرورش) روز دوشنبه، ۴ ثور/اردیبهشت در گفتگویی با بی‌بی‌سی این تهدید را به "اوباش" نسبت داد و تاکید کرد که چنین تهدیدی "از لحاظ منطقی نه موجه است و نه با معارف ربطی دارد."

به گفته احمدی این دو قاچاقچی ماهانه بیش از یك تن مواد مخدر را از افغانستان به كشورهای دیگر انتقال می دادند.

معاون مبارزه با مواد مخدر وزارت كشور افغانستان گفت:حاجی بختاور یكي از قاچاقچیان عمده و بزرگ درسطح منطقه و جهان بوده است.

وی افزود: سه عضو شبكه بختاور، هفته گذشته در حال انتقال ٥٠ كیلوگرم مواد مخدر به تاجیكستان در استان قندز افغانستان توسط پلیس دستگیر شدند.

احمدی در ادامه گفت: پنج تن از قاچاقچیان بزرگ مواد مخدر شامل 'حاجي عیسي' و 'حاجي موسي' از استان نیمروز، 'حاجي سرور از استان هلمند،'حاجي بهاءالدین و امان الله افغان' ساكنان اصلي ننگرهار كه در بدخشان زندگي می كردند، دستگیر شدند.

وی تصریح كرد:در دستگیری این قاچاقچیان پلیس مبارزه با مواد مخدر و نهادهای اطلاعاتی ، عملیاتي و تحقیقاتي وزارت كشور سهم كلیدي داشتند.

یکی از معاونان استاندار مازندران اعلام کرده است که تیر ماه امسال، آخرین فرصت شهروندان افغانستان برای خروج از استان مازندران است.

خبرگزاری رسمی ایران (ایرنا)، روز دوشنبه، چهارم اردیبهشت، به نقل از هادی ابراهیمی، معاون سیاسی-امنیتی استاندار مازندران گزارش داده است که از تیر ماه امسال، سکونت و تردد اتباع افغانستان در مازندران ممنوع است و از این تاریخ، تمام مدارک اقامتی و هویتی این افراد بی‌اعتبار می‌شود.

او همچنین هرگونه خدمات‌رسانی به این افراد را جرم خوانده و گفته است که با متخلفان به شدت برخورد خواهد شد.

او گفت که در سال گذشته، بیش از سه هزار و ۴۰ نفر از اتباع افغانستان در استان مازندران بازداشت و به کشورشان انتقال داده شده‌اند.

معاون استاندار مازندران اضافه کرد که ممنوعیت حضور اتباع افغانستان در این استان، طبق مصوبه وزارت کشور اعمال می‌شود و حضور اتباع افغانستان در ۱۰ شهر ساحلی مازندران از سال ۱۳۸۶ ممنوع بوده است.

منطقه ممنوع

پیش از این، خبرگزاری فارس به نقل از بهمن خواجوند، بخشدار مرکزی نوشهر، گزارش داده بود که حضور اتباع افغانستان در بخش مرکزی این شهرستان ممنوع است.

او گفته بود که نوشهر شهری توریستی است و "وجود افاغنه در این حوزه به شدت ممنوع است."

آقای شفیعی مصوبه شورای تأمین استان مازندران را "یک فرصت طلایی برای مازندران در راستای پاکسازی استان از اتباع بیگانه" خواند و گفت: "امروز دیگر حضور افغان‌ها برای مازندران یک تهدید به شمار می‌رود".

براساس گزارش‌ها، وزارت کشور ایران طرحی را برای "ساماندهی اتباع افغانی غیرمجاز" در دست اجرا دارد که در سال ۱۳۹۱ وارد مرحله جدیدی خواهد شد.

محمد تهوری، مدیرکل امور اتباع و مهاجران خارجی وزارت کشور، روز بیستم فروردین ماه امسال اعلام کرد که "پس از خرداد (امسال) اتباع فاقد مجوزهای اقامتی، تبعه خارجی غیرمجاز تلقی می‌شوند و در صورتی که ایران را ترک نکرده باشند، بازداشت و اخراج خواهند شد."

او همچنین گفت که پس از خرداد ۱۳۹۱ اتباع خارجی که به صورت مجاز مقیم ایران هستند و کارت پناهندگی جمعی، یا گذرنامه دارند، می‌توانند "در حوزه استان تعیین‌شده، اقامت کنند."

وزارت کشور ایران در آذر ماه سال گذشته اعلام کرد که پناهجویان غیرقانونی تبعه افغانستان فقط سه ماه (تا پایان سال ۱۳۹۰) برای ترک ایران مهلت دارند، اما با درخواست نهادهای رسمی افغانستان، این فرصت تمدید شد.
