به گزارش ایرنا، 'محمد ناظمی اردكانی' روز شنبه در نشست شورای هماهنگی ثبت احوال استان مركزی در اراك افزود: مكانیزه شدن اسناد سجلی به صورت ویژه در دستور كار قرار دارد و پیش بینی شده تا پایان سال جاری تمام اسناد مكانیزه شود.

وی گفت: زیرساختهای لازم درخصوص ساماندهی كارت هوشمند ملی به جای كارت ملی فراهم و پیش بینی شده اقدامات سخت افزاری این طرح تا شش ماه اول سال جاری مهیا شود.

رییس سازمان ثبت احوال كشور ادامه داد: كارت هوشمند ملی از طرح های بسیار بزرگ كشور است و پیش بینی شده هر فرد برای صدور این كارت پنجاه هزار ریال پرداخت كند كه این مبلغ یك سوم هزینه كارت است.

ناظمی اردكانی اظهار داشت: سازمان ثبت احوال از نهادهای قدیمی و دارای سابقه بیش از 90 سال است و درحال حاضر فصل نوین سازی خود را تجربه می كند كه امید است این مهم تا پایان دولت دهم صورت گیرد.

وی خاطرنشان كرد: ثبت وقایع حیاتی چهارگانه، صدور اسناد هویتی برای ایرانیان و تولید و نشر آمار و اطلاعات جمعیتی از مهمترین ماموریت های این سازمان است.

رییس سازمان ثبت احوال كشور گفت: به روز رسانی كد پستی ضروری است كه نیاز به فرهنگ سازی گسترده دارد.

ناظمی اردكانی افزود: هر فردی كه نشانی محل سكونتش تغییر می كند باید در اسرع وقت نشانی جدید را برای ثبت در كارت ملی ارائه دهد.

استاندار مركزی نیز در این نشست گفت: این استان در بخش حوزه سجلی در دولت نهم و دهم تحولات گسترده ای را شاهد بوده و امید است تا پایان دولت دهم این توفیقات گسترش بیشتری داشته باشد.

'علی اكبر شعبانی فرد' افزود: زیرساختهای اساسی در این سازمان شكل گرفته و این نهاد با اقدامات مناسب، بسیاری از هزینه های ارائه خدمات برای مردم را كاهش داده است.

وی تاكید كرد: سرعت بسیار مناسبی در حال حاضر در ثبت احوال وجود دارد كه موجب شده بسیاری از عقب افتادگی های 100 سال گذشته جبران شود.

مدیر كل ثبت احوال استان مركزی نیز گفت: 21 هزار و 69 مورد ولادت، هشت هزار و 210 مورد وفات، 16 هزار و 392 مورد ازدواج و دو هزار و 862 مورد طلاق سال گذشته در این استان به ثبت رسید.

'مهدی چقایی' افزود: خرید 13 دستگاه چاپگر برای صدور شناسنامه بالای 15 سال و تجهیز ادارات، توسعه پورتال اداره كل استان، الكترونیكی كردن فرایندها، افزایش كارآیی و ارتقاء بهره وری، افزایش انگیزش شغلی و منزلت كاركنان از جمله اقدامات سال قبل است.

وی خاطرنشان كرد: ساماندهی ثبت وقایع حیاتی و مهاجرت، اتقان اسناد سجلی و مدارك هویتی، ارتقاء مستمر كیفیت و كمیت ارائه خدمات، افزایش كارایی و ارتقاء بهره وری و آگاهی عمومی از مهمترین اهداف و برنامه های این نهاد در سال جاری است.

همكاری دهیاران، بخشداران، فرمانداران، دانشگاه علوم پزشكی استان، شوراهای اسلامی شهر و روستا و شهرداران برای تحقق ثبت در مهلت قانونی،رصد كردن مهاجرت در استان و به روز رسانی كد پستی، كاربردی كردن شماره ملی به جای سایر شماره های اختصاصی در دستگاه های اداری و اجرایی و تامین زیرساخت شبكه های فیبرنوری توسط مخابرات، مشخص شدن چارت سازمانی ثبت احوال استان در 20 روز آینده و تایید برای تخصیص نیروی انسانی از مهمترین مصوبات این نشست بود.ك/2
