به گزارش ایرنا به نقل از پایگاه اطلاع رسانی دولت ، هیات وزیران به استناد اصل یكصد و سی و هشتم قانون اساسی و قانون تفسیر ماده(13) قانون حمایت از آزادگان -مصوب 1389- تصویب كرد؛ معادل ریالی هشتصد میلیون دلار از محل منابع جزء(ج) بند(2) قانون بودجه سال 1390 كل كشور به منظور بازپرداخت بخش نقدی مطالبات آزادگان اختصاص داداه است .

این اعتبار در اختیار بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران قرار می گیرد تا حسب مدت آزادگی و با رعایت این تصویب نامه در وجه آزادگان پرداخت شود.

همچنین آزادگان جنگ تحمیلی و زندانیان سیاسی دوران انقلاب اسلامی كه آزادگی آنان حسب مورد به تایید وزارت اطلاعات و حفاظت اطلاعات نیروهای مسلح و تایید نهایی بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران رسیده است در اجرای قانون یاد شده از سرانه حقوق موضوع بند(2) این تصویب نامه برخوردار می شوند.

بر این اساس، سرانه حقوق ماهیانه دوران آزادگی مبلغ شش میلیون ریال تعیین می شود و آزادگان موضوع بند(1) این تصویب نامه از دو برابر این مبلغ متناسب با ماه های اسارت بهره مند می شوند.

بر این اساس ، همه مطالبات آزادگان شاغل و بازنشسته شركتها، بانكها، و بیمه های دولتی كه در اجرای قانون سیاستهای كلی اصل(44) قانون اساسی تمام یا بخشی از سهام آنها واگذار شده یا می شود، حسب مدت آزادگی و باتایید بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران توسط شركتها، بانكها و بیمه های یاد شده پرداخت و در اجرای بند (36) قانون بودجه سال 1390 كل كشور با مطالبات دولت از آنها (از جمله اقساط مربوط به خرید سهام و مالیات )تسویه و تهاتر می شود.

همچنین كل مطالبات آزادگان شاغل و بازنشسته شركتها، بانكها و بیمه های دولتی پس از تایید بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران و حسب مدت آزادگی مستقیماً توسط شركتها، بانكها و بیمه های یاد شده از محل منابع داخلی آنها تامین و پرداخت می شود.

بر این اساس، مانده مطالبات آزادگان پس از اعمال و اجرای این تصویب نامه از محل منابع مربوط در بودجه سال 1391 كل كشور تامین و اختصاص خواهد یافت.

این مصوبه از سوی محمدرضا رحیمی؛ معاون اول رئیس جمهور برای اجرا ابلاغ شده است.
