وی افزود: چنانچه دانشگاه ها تعداد اعضای هیات علمی با مرتبه استاد تمام و دانشیار خود را به میزان مشخصی برسانند وزارت علوم به آنها مجوز هیات ممیزه خواهد داد و در این راه هیچ محدودیتی وجود ندارد.

معاون وزیرعلوم خاطرنشان كرد: خوشبختانه در یكی دو سال گذشته، شرایط ایجاد هیات ممیزه برای دانشگاه ها بسیار تسهیل شده و به حداقل رسیده است تا بتوانند با احراز آنها دارای هیات ممیزه مستقل شوند.
